Field Supervisor for Commercial / Industrial HVAC - Critical Temperature Process Facilities

 
 

Location: Tampa, FL

Compensation: $80K - $90K+

What we are looking for:

  • 5+ Years HVAC/Mechanical Service career progression including proven field leadership experience.

  • Measurable results – Track record of leading other commercial service technicians - either on-site or from the office - in cost efficient productivity, safety and customer impact

  • Strong HVAC technical knowledge – understanding of refrigeration, commercial/industrial process HVAC systems and field level understanding of installation and service methods.  Previous experience as a service tech is ideal but not required.

  • Polished Leadership – not just a manager but an outstanding communicator. Someone that creates vision and identifies, mentors, and attracts the leaders of tomorrow based on winning principles and the organization’s mission

  • Customer facing – Actively support the sales team to engage with customers to build long term relationships.

  • Strong Business Acumen – Understanding not only the financial numbers of the business but the behavior behind the numbers.

  • Industry Training - Associates Degree level HVAC Education or equivalent work experience.
