Compensation: $120K - $150K+

What we’re looking for:

  • 8+ years of experience on highway construction projects

  • 3+ years of management / leadership experience with multiple direct reports

  • Extensive experience on $30M+ civil / site projects with working knowledge of specifications, codes, regulations, and laws

  • DOT experience required, VDOT experience preferred

  • Construction Technology – strong computer skills and fluid user of software for construction applications

  • Effective communicator at all levels of the organization internally and externally

  • Safety excellence – fosters a great safety culture.
