What we are looking for:

  • 5+ years of commercial or industrial HVAC/R engineering, estimating, or preconstruction career progression

  • HVAC Design experience for complex commercial facility systems

  • Preconstruction technical knowledge - specific ability to work with clients on the best conceptual approach for their mechanical MEP solutions

  • Core leadership traits to bring others together on a mission to develop custom-fit solutions for specific client problems

  • Construction knowledge - Understanding of how projects are actually built in the field.

  • Education/Training -  Bachelor’s degree or equivalent trade training and field work experience.
