Compensation: $80K - $110K+

What we’re looking for:

  • 6-8+ years of industrial construction career progression with an emphasis on estimating and preconstruction

  • Strong technical knowledge of heavy industrial and manufacturing projects

  • A student of the game – beyond technical knowledge, someone that is a professional about their craft and passionate about best practices and excellence in the delivered product.

  • Conceptual estimating, and negotiated project experience is a plus, but competitive hard bid experience is also valued.

  • Construction Technology - strong computer skills, construction/estimating software, power Excel user. Timberlane experience is preferred

  • Effective communicator at all levels of the organization internally and externally with proven time management skills

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management or Engineering
