Environmental Drilling & Remediation
Location: Rancho Cucamonga, California
Compensation: $130 - $160K+ Competitive Base, Bonus and Benefits

This is a newly created position ready for you to bring your proven project management and operational expertise to a national platform hungry for a change agent to shape and drive their overall project management program.
Leadership - this role is developed on the premise of leading teams via influence and open communication to provide guidance to 10+ Project Managers in the region.
Project Management - build on what is working while creating new processes to provide onsite project managers with better tools and methods for success toward repeatable results.
Problem Solving - Use your proven project management skills to solve complex problems faced by project managers in the field everyday along with internal standards to guide them.

What we are looking for:
7-10+ years of Construction, Engineering or Field Services related project management experience.. Preferred backgrounds include heavy civil construction, infrastructure and/or utility construction, environmental construction and general contracting.
Multi-Million dollar projects - Mastery of scope, schedule, and budget to track and deliver results on large project budgets in excess of $5-$10+M
Leadership Skills - strong team builder, collaborator and influencer. Ability to get results through others.
Program Design - creation of project management framework, standards and best practices
Implementation and Training - putting it all together with your team.
Proactive Nature - anticipates problems and identifies solutions.
Passion for Excellence - someone who loves the quest for continuous improvement.
Bachelor’s degree in construction, engineering, or project management related discipline.
Project Management Certifications or Master’s degree preferred but not required.
