Project Manager
HVAC/Mechanical - Large Commercial Design-Build Hi-Rise, Hospital/Healthcare Data Center Projects
Location: San Francisco or San Jose, CA
Compensation: $140 - 180K+ plus Benefits and Bonus

Qualifications:
3-6+ years of mechanical engineering or project management career progression in HVAC/Mechanical/Controls/electrical construction.
Strong technical foundation in HVAC including a field level understanding of how systems are constructed.
Experience in Large Commercial, Healthcare, Institutional, Hi-Rise, Hi-Tech, Data Center or similar market types.
Proactive vision and leadership to create a sum greater than its parts.
Effective communicator at all levels of the organization both internally and externally
Bachelor's degree in Construction, Engineering, Business or related discipline (or equivalent work experience – field experience is highly valued)
