What we’re looking for:
6 - 10+ years of commercial/industrial general construction project management career progression
Bachelor’s Degree in construction management, engineering, or related field
Field level knowledge of how the trades come together from the ground up is a plus
Mastery of scope, schedule, and budget to track and deliver profitable results on projects ranging from $10M - $60M+
Project Development - Client facing skills to discover and conceptualize the right approach to their project needs.
Technical orientation to adapt to highly technical project environment including engineered mechanical systems
Communication - Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
