Location: Greater Nashville, TN area

Compensation: $120 - $150K+

This is an opportunity to join a top performing, privately held, commercial design-build general contractor as their pre-construction manager leading all project development, estimating and and business development for multi-million dollar commercial construction projects.

What we’re looking for:

  • 8+ years of GC or specialty construction career progression

  • Leadership - Proactive, team-builder, next-level leadership personality

  • Project Acquisition Cycle - Project identification, acquisition, estimating, contracts and construction documents ready for project managers to take over.

  • Estimating Experience - Track record of profitable work on multi-million dollar commercial GC projects.

  • Client Facing - Strategic market presence and relationship-making abilities.

  • Communication - excellent communicator at all levels of the organization internally and externally

  • Education - Bachelor’s Degree in construction or related field or equivalent work experience.
