Location: Rensselaer, Indiana
Compensation: $60K - $80K+

Leading Technology – use cutting edge integrated project delivery methods including the latest technology advancements with BIM (Revit)

Innovative Design – create construction drawings that aid in the visualization of proposed solutions not just verbatim design responses.
Collaborative design-build construction process experience from setup with the customer and crew through excellent planning, communication and coordination to keep project on schedule.
What we are looking for:
Bachelor’s Degree architectural, engineering, CAD technology or similar
3+ years of experience in drawing/design and BIM in a construction or manufacturing environment
Experienced user of Revit or similar BIM design software
Communication Proficiency – be able to effectively communicate with clients and team members
Problem Solving / Analysis – take initiative on solving various project setbacks
Organized and independent worker
Solid interpersonal/customer relationship skills
