About this opportunity:

If you have a strong background in large, clean industrial projects either as a project director or in business development, this could be the role that takes your career to the next level!

We’re looking for a leader who knows the Houston area industrial market and has a strong preconstruction technical base for how to assess and price process mechanical projects.

What we are looking for:

  • 10+ Years HVAC/Mechanical or Industrial Construction career progression.

  • Industrial Markets – Experience navigating the nuances of the project environment for industrial project applications (ie. Manufacturing systems)

  • Strong Industrial Systems knowledge – fluent in process mechanical (piping, boilers, chillers) and turnkey industrial applications.

  • Customer facing – A variety of project development and project management backgrounds could do well provided that they are customer facing with revenue responsibility.

  • Strong Business Acumen – able to understand and differentiate the business case at the client level for a successful proposal in a negotiated project environment.

  • Education – Bachelor’s degree or equivalent industry training and work experience.
