Compensation: $85K - $100K+

What we are looking for:
10+ Years HVAC/Mechanical Service career progression including proven leadership experience.
Measurable results – Track record of leading a commercial HVAC service force in cost efficient productivity, safety and customer impact
Strong HVAC technical knowledge – understanding of industrial process HVAC systems and field level understanding of installation and service methods. Previous experience as a service tech is ideal but not required.
Polished Leadership – not just a manager but an outstanding communicator. Someone that creates vision and identifies, mentors, and attracts the leaders of tomorrow based on winning principles and the organization’s mission
Customer facing – Actively support the sales team to engage with customers to build long term relationships.
Strong Business Acumen – Understanding not only the financial numbers of the business but the behavior behind the numbers.
