Location: Arizona + National travel

Compensation: $100 - 110K + Per Diem and Bonus Structure

About this Opportunity:

We’re looking for a proven field operations leader who will supervise all activities and subcontractors on-site for first of its kind industrial agricultural production facilities. We’re looking for someone with a strong background building $20+ million industrial projects from the ground up such as manufacturing, distribution, warehouse, or processing facilities  Join an established construction leader who owns and directs the execution of innovative projects in a collaborative environment!

What we are looking for:

  • 10+ years of Management experience. Construction Superintendent leading field crews of 50+ individuals.

  • Hands on structural building background – understands what has to be done because you’ve done it

  • Above ground construction management.  Concrete, Masonry, Wood and/or Steel Structural experience is desired.

  • Effective Leadership skills to foster a productive team environment

  • Great Communication skills from the field level up to the client level

  • Master of Productivity – can spot labor productivity issues and make adjustments proactively  

  • Safety excellence – fosters a great safety culture.

  • Construction Education – Well trained in the industry.  Bachelor’s degree welcome but not required.
