Location: Wilmington, NC
Compensation: $70K - $110K+

Leadership – takes initiative in working with all departments in the pre-construction phase to identify project risk elements and margin opportunities.

Close to the Customer – coordinate all client contacts and maintain working relationships at all levels throughout the pre-construction period of the project
Design - Build – ability to estimate from a conceptual concept of a design-build project through execution.
What we’re looking for:
4+ years of construction estimating experience
Strong Construction Building Knowledge – background with computer technology and latest estimating systems (i.e. Timberline)
Exposure to commercial projects projects – experience pulling all of the pieces together or accurate at risk pricing of multi-million dollar Commercial GC or Multi-trade industrial projects.
Conceptual estimating and negotiated project experience is a plus, but competitive hard bid experience is also valued.
Bachelor’s Degree – construction or engineering related disciplines preferred but not required.
