Location: Northern Virginia
Compensation: $90K - $130K+

Leadership – takes initiative in working with all departments in the pre-construction phase to identify project risk elements and margin opportunities.

What we’re looking for:
4+ years of civil construction estimating experience
Strong Civil Construction Knowledge – background with computer technology and latest estimating systems
Large Highway & Road Projects – experience pulling all of the pieces together or accurate pricing of $50M+ dollar highway or road projects .
DOT estimating experience required, VDOT experience preferred
Bachelor’s Degree – construction or civil engineering related disciplines preferred but not required.
