Collaborative design-build construction process experience from intial concept with the customer and crew through excellent planning, communication and coordination to keep project on schedule.
What we are looking for:
Bachelor’s Degree in architectural, engineering, construction, CAD technology or similar
3+ years of experience with Revit/BIM Design in a construction or engineering environment
Collaboration – able to effectively communicate with clients and team members through the problem solving layers of design-build projects.
Proactive solutions thinking – Finds a better way than the status quo.
Passionate about design technology for better construction methods and greater client value.
Organized, Detailed - Quality focused.
Adaptable to the pace of change that comes with growth, technology and client markets.
