Location: Cincinnati, OH
Compensation: $80K - $120K+ plus commission

What we’re looking for:

  • 3+ years of construction sales experience with a successful track record of bringing on new clients

  • Bachelor’s Degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field is required

  • Strategic Focus - understands the local business environment of targeted markets and builds a relational strategic direction for major project sales

  • Sales Execution - relationships, strategic planning, and follow-through

  • Project Experience - background in launching projects, developing budgets, and increasing gross margins
