Elevated Thinking – Drive the engineering work of a multi-disciplined team throughout the integrated project delivery process, inclusive of construction and agricultural process systems.
Conceptual Design – actively engage with sales, preconstruction, design, drafting, estimating and field operations from a conceptual idea to live construction/installation.

What we are looking for:
5+ years of construction engineering experience preferably agriculture construction project engineering.
Process Systems and Equipment - design level knowledge of agricultural process systems and facility construction methods to support equipment.
Communication – work closely with pre-construction managers and field operations to insure building constructability and design compatibility.
Design Process Mastery – thorough knowledge of design development process for construction from the ground up
Technical Depth – knowledge of production agricultural systems, mechanical process systems, structural design, construction procedures, building materials etc.
Large Scale Projects – multi-million agricultural/industrial project history.
Proactive – Loves a fast paced environment with on the go solutions thinking.
Bachelor’s Degree – agriculture, engineering, building construction or related
