This is an opportunity to join an early stage, highly funded biotechnology research company focused on creating pure, safe, and high quality products to be the leader in the cannabis industry.   • Biotechnology Innovation - This group is on the leading edge of IP and and new product applications for the growing cannabis industry. Combine your biotech, operations, and product pipeline leadership background to create new intellectual property that will change the cannabis industry as we know it.

  • Operations -  C-Level executive blending R&D operational excellence with product pipeline commercialization strategies. Experience managing large scale agricultural science research and/or laboratory operations. Drive continuous improvement with a track record of anticipating and resolving operations issues before they arise.

What we’re looking for:

  • PhD in research science preferred (biology, chemistry, plant genetics, agricultural domain etc.) - Master’s with extensive research experience will be considered as well.

  • 10+ years of R&D operations experience including research facilities

  • Leadership - strong team builder, collaborator, and influencer. Ability to get results through others.

  • R&D Pipeline - experience in taking products from research through commercialization

  • Strategic Ability - demonstrated ability to develop and execute action plans including decision making within a rapid, flexible, and innovative organization

  • Operational Management - strong record of successful operations management of a site, team, and projects

  • Passion for Excellence - someone who loves the quest for continuous improvement
