Compensation: $110K - $135K+ full benefits, bonus structure

What we’re looking for:
6-8+ years of commercial construction career progression
5+ years of PM leadership experience at a commercial GC level
Leadership - passionate, accountable, organized, proactive, and results-oriented
Project Scope - detailed, hands-on knowledge of project scope including determining time frames, subcontractor management, and additional resources
Effective communicator at all levels of the organization internally and externally
Financial Management - responsible for all financial aspects of projects including project cost and job margin analysis
Construction Education - foundation of training in the industry. Bachelor’s Degree strongly preferred
