Compensation: $100 - $120K+

What we are looking for:
5+ years of commercial or industrial HVAC/R engineering, estimating, or preconstruction career progression
Preconstruction technical knowledge - specific ability to work with clients on the best conceptual approach for their mechanical MEP solutions
Core leadership traits to bring others together on a mission
Understanding of mechanical service (including preventative maintenance) revenue cycle
Project development mastery. Able to define scope and estimate preliminary budgets
Construction knowledge - Understanding of how projects are actually built in the field.
Education/Training - Bachelor’s degree or equivalent trade training and field work experience.
